Email Flows Every Peptide Brand Should Have

Paid traffic gets harder and more expensive every year, especially in restricted categories. Email is the one channel you fully own. No ad reviewer can ban your email list. Here are the flows every peptide brand should have running.

1. Welcome flow

Triggered when someone joins your list. This is where you introduce your brand and build trust before the first purchase.

  • Email 1: welcome, brand story and what makes you different
  • Email 2: your testing process and how to read a COA
  • Email 3: shipping, support and a first-order incentive

Welcome flows often generate the highest revenue per recipient of any email you send.

2. Abandoned cart flow

Triggered when someone adds to cart but doesn't buy. Send a reminder within an hour, a trust-focused follow-up the next day and a final nudge a day later. Address common hesitations: shipping time, testing and payment.

3. Browse abandonment flow

Triggered when a known subscriber views products but doesn't add to cart. Keep it light: a reminder of what they viewed and links to the relevant COAs.

4. Post-purchase flow

Triggered after the first order. This flow reduces support tickets and disputes as much as it drives sales.

  • Order confirmation and what happens next
  • Shipping and tracking update
  • Storage and handling information
  • A request for a website review

Clear post-purchase communication is one of the best ways to lower chargebacks, which matters a lot for high-risk payment accounts.

5. Reorder reminder flow

Triggered based on typical time between purchases. Look at your data to find when customers usually come back, then send a reminder a few days before. A simple "time to restock?" email with a one-click reorder link can become one of your most profitable flows.

6. Win-back flow

Triggered when a customer hasn't ordered in a while. Remind them what's new, highlight new testing or products and offer a reason to return.

Keep emails compliant

The same rules that apply to your website apply to email. Avoid health claims, usage instructions and testimonials about personal use. Choose an email platform that explicitly allows your category so you don't lose your list overnight, and keep a regular export as a backup.

Add SMS carefully

SMS works well for shipping updates, restock alerts and cart reminders. Use proper opt-in, keep messages short and respect quiet hours.

Measure what matters

Track revenue per recipient, repeat purchase rate and the share of revenue coming from email. A healthy peptide brand often gets a significant portion of revenue from email and SMS.

The bottom line

Every first order is expensive to win. These six flows make sure you earn the second, third and tenth order without paying for the click again.
